A tasty way to combat joint pain?
So now I’m 50 I have decided I should get arthritis in my hips - it’s obligatory!!
Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory – so when I saw the recipe for this wonderfully yellow turmeric hummus, it had to be done.
With the addition of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and a sprinkling of toasted hazelnuts and seeds it should be all that is needed to help those aching joints.
And it’s delicious too 😜
