We had to try these! They look and taste great and are the ideal little sweet treat.
Even Darren likes them (and he really doesn't do sweet stuff - unless you include roasted peppers...).
Hot out of the oven they are awesome – but tbh, cold, with custard, or chocolate, or BOTH... on their own. Whatever. They just work.
Short-crust, puff or even Filo pastry versions - dusted with icing sugar (and maybe drizzled with chocolate...?) - all perfectly poised pudding propositions.
Totally vegan of course.
