It's Spain right - so everything is with extra meat, with a side order of meat.
Having tried a few of the local hostelries for a chance vegan experience we decided maybe a home cooked option was best.
But having seen the word 'STEAK' soooo many times we reckoned we'd do our version.
A quick trip to the Mercadona, and the lively (manic) regular outdoor market we were all sorted for ingredients.

The end result tasted great - and it didn't look too shabby either.
I think i'll tweak it a bit when we get back home and see if i can get a 'street food' version sorted for our next market day :)
